It made our trip to Karon a such great experience. The hotel was modern and stylish, loved mountain view from our a twin room. The staff were amicable and helpful and knew the area. The room we had included climate control, an individual safe and a flat-screen TV. The food was tasty - good choice of options. Exceptionally nice location on the side of the building rather than at the front where there was a second "reception " area was a plus. You can find Papaya close to the venue to a have lunch...

This place is perfectly situated for exploring the area. It's just a short walk from the beach, as well as a variety of restaurants. Plus, it's not too far from the airport, making travel a breeze.

The hotel's location on the side of the building was great and ideal. the rooms were fairly quiet and good, with comfortable beds and air conditioning.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was very close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. We enjoyed strolling down the street, exploring different cuisines and finding everything we needed as tourists. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. They provided excellent service, including room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The room itself was modern and clean, with a beautiful view from the balcony. We also appreciated the amenities such as the mini-bar and in-room safe. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to our friends.

We had a fantastic stay at Phoenix Hotel. We were there for a week, enjoying a relaxing beach vacation. The hotel is new and still working on some finishing touches, but it didn't affect our experience. The internet was super fast, perfect for getting some work done. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel provides great value for money. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, even when we lugged our heavy surfboards through the passages. The shower pressure was a bit soft, but overall, we were very happy with our stay. The air conditioning was powerful, keeping us cool on hot days. The hotel is also conveniently located near a Seven Eleven store, making it easy to grab some food or a cup of coffee.
